  Fresh Dairy Whipping Cream- We use the highest quality dairy whipping cream from Australia, NZ or UK only. They are smooth & silky with a super luxurious taste. It is much more costly & difficult to handle compared to other Non-dairy “white-Color Cream” used by most bakeries. Fresh Dairy whipped Cream requires a skillful baker to handle it well. The effort is well worth it as it will certainly raise your taste bud to the MAD level.

  Coffee - We use the Espresso Coffee from freshly grinded beans off our coffee machine on-site. No artificial coffee flavoring used.
